Euronext Market Services (EMS) stands at the forefront of Euronext's Cash, Index, Derivatives, and Commodities business, ensuring the safe keeping of the Euronext financial markets within the legal framework to ensure fair and orderly markets. Being part of EMS our operations encompass Trading Operations, Issuers Services Operations(ISO), Digital Transformation, Client Services & Membership, and Regulatory Reporting. EMS staff and managers utilize comprehensive business and technical monitoring tools and procedures across various EMS locations.

The EMS Issuers Services Operations (ISO) department orchestrates and manages corporate actions and referential updates globally for all products listed on Euronext’s cash, derivatives, index markets, spanning locations such as Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan, Oslo, and Paris. Our teams collaborate across these locations, leveraging common tools to ensure timely information dissemination and efficient processing

Role Summary

For an initial duration of 12 months, we are seeking a Project Manager to support our transformation journey, aiding different teams in achieving their digital transformation goals. This role is pivotal in coordinating and delivering a dedicated EMS ISO project portfolio, leading several transformation streams. Part of this will be facilitating our Index Corporate Action team by supporting their automation needs to onboard the operational activities for accommodating new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and secure project delivery within set deadlines, promoting harmonization and streamlining of operations across Euronext countries.
  • Identify and escalate project-related risks, suggesting mitigation measures.
  • Monitor project progress, facilitate decision-making, and formalize project status.
  • Ensure all team members are informed of projects impacting production tasks, updating relevant documents (procedures, guidelines, user guides) before project deliveries.
  • Prioritize and manage the Development Team's backlog, ensuring items are understood, sized, specified, and have a release date.
  • Act as a liaison between local managers, stakeholders, and project participants.

Candidate profile

  • Pursuing a Master's degree, ideally in Business Administration, with a solid 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear documentation. Use to working in team
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills. Skilled in preparing reports and analyses.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Autonomous in managing tasks and decision-making.
  • Organised, able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable and flexible, embracing changing priorities with ease.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and quick to adapt, maintaining a positive attitude
