We hereby inform that, on 2nd June, 2025, 500.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company EXPAND ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS II, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "EXPAND ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS II/2022 - PARTICIPATING BONDS - 2050", under the code EXAAOM (ISIN PTEXAAOM0005). These bonds are fungible with 5.685.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 6.185.000,00 EUR).
