JDE Peet’s celebrated the five-year anniversary of its listing on Euronext Amsterdam today with a traditional gong ceremony. Since 29 May 2020, JDE Peet’s shares have been traded on Euronext Amsterdam.
The company has grown to become the world’s largest pure-play coffee and tea company, serving approximately 4,400 cups every second. With a portfolio of over 50 brands in more than 100 markets, JDE Peet’s continues to unleash the possibilities of coffee and tea around the world.
The gong was sounded by Rafa Oliveira, CEO of JDE Peet’s. The group was welcomed by René van Vlerken, CEO, and Christine van den Bos, Listing Director of Euronext Amsterdam.

KPMG opened the trading day this morning to mark the European conference of Women Corporate Directors (WCD), taking place on 26 and 27 May 2025.
This year’s theme is “Visionary Boards Leading Innovation: Sustainability in Technology, Culture, and Companies.” WCD is a global non-profit membership organisation of female board directors, CEOs, and C-level executives from leading companies, including those in the S&P 500 and FTSE 250. The organisation has 70 chapters worldwide, including one in the Netherlands.
The ceremony highlighted the importance of boardroom diversity and collaboration across sectors to drive positive change. The group was welcomed by Dirk Donker, Managing Board member at Euronext Amsterdam, and Marianne Aalders, Communications Manager of Euronext Amsterdam.

Mini Options on French and Dutch stocks

Committed to driving innovation and expanding retail participation in derivatives markets, Euronext introduces the first Mini Single Stock Options on Dutch and French underlyings, building on its strong existing offering.
Mini options are single stock options with a smaller contract size, specifically designed for retail investors looking to gain greater exposure to higher-priced stocks on Euronext or hedge their existing positions.
The contract size of mini options is equal to 10 shares of a company, while standard options have a contract size of 100 shares. At one-tenth the size of a standard options contract, mini options provide greater flexibility for investors with a limited risk appetite featuring lower capital requirements and reduced exposure to risk.
To mark the launch, Matthijs Pars, Director at APT, and guests from flatexDEGIRO, Saxo Bank, Optiver and All Options opened a new trading day at Euronext Amsterdam on 23 May 2025.

Launch of Mini Single Stock Options in Paris
On 21 May 2025, the Euronext Derivatives team rang the Bell in Paris to celebrate the recent launch of the Mini Single Stock Options on French and Dutch underlyings.
These new listings complement the standard contracts already available on the Euronext markets and aim to boost retail participation by making options trading more accessible. They offer investors a broader range of choices and new hedging opportunities.
With a smaller contract size of just 10 shares, compared to 100 shares for standard options, they are designed for retail investors looking to gain greater exposure to higher-priced stocks on Euronext or to hedge existing positions with reduced financial commitment and lower risk.
Building on its strong existing options trading offering, the launch of Mini Single Stock Options is reinforcing Euronext's position as the leading European hub.

For the first time, Enexis Holding has issued a dual tranche of green bonds with a total value of €1 billion. This amount is divided into two bonds of €500 million each, with maturities of 8 and 12 years respectively. The green bonds, like the previously issued green bonds, will be used to invest in projects that contribute to increasing the share of renewable energy within Enexis' electricity networks.
